Refund and Returns Policy

Right of withDrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, since we sell virtual products only (such as courses or downloads), the following legal exception applies:

the right of withdrawal expires once:

• access to the digital content has begun,
• 14 days have passed since purchase,
• or the customer has ALREADY TAKEN PART OF THE COURSE.

By completing the purchase you expressly agree to these terms.

Non-Refundable Products

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Digital gift cards
• courses that have already been taken part of,
• Any digital content that has already been accessed or activated.

Once access has been granted, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds may only be granted if:

• the digital product has not yet been accessed or activated,
• the customer has not taken part of the course yet,
• or a technical error occurred that is clearly attributable to us.

In such cases, please contact us in writing by email, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not yet appeared:

• Please check your bank or credit card account again
• Contact your credit card provider
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
